Do I get full market value?
We cannot offer full market value as you do not have overheads to pay like with a conventional sale.
No overheads?
We cover the cost of the survey, valuation and all legal fees. You also need not pay for a hips as this is a private sale. You also do not have to pay estate agent fees as they are not involved in this transaction..
How much of full value do I receive?
That all depends on the type of property and it's up keep - in some cases we can pay between 60 and 90 percent of the value.
Can I use my own solicitor?
You have full access to our legal team or we will pay all your solicitors charges (to do with the sale of property only).
Do I have to accept your offer immediately?
We will hold a trade price for you for 30 days.
When do I have to move?
Upon signing we will organise a mutually convenient time for vacation. Be advised that you can always sell and rent back short or long term.
My house needs renovation, will you still buy?
We will buy any property in condition.
I have a plot of land can you buy this?
We will buy land with or with out planning permission.
How long can I sell and rent back?
You can stay as a tenant indefinitely.
What happens if anything happens to your company?
We are buying for cash; there are no financing terms our end. Therefore we cannot be foreclosed or repossessed on.
